Ne-Yo just turned 31 - at least that's what his 'entertainment age' is, because we all know that he's balding - and he celebrated it in style sans his baby mama. Word is, that Ne-Yo and Joe Budden's ex-girl, Tahiry were snuggled up pretty close during the party - not to say that the two were DOING ANYTHING, but our spies were watching them and some flags were raised. We'll be reporting more on this 'uncouple' later.
