GWEN STEFANI, GAVIN ROSSDALE SAY GOODBYE TO FAMILY HOME
Gwen Stefani is wiping her hands clean of ex-husband Gavin Rossdale by selling the family estate. Real estate sources tell us Gavin's the one who wanted the Beverly Hills house back in 2007, but Gwen never really liked it that much. The house is modern and Gwen really likes Spanish. We're told Gwen wants to sell the house on the down-low ... it's a pocket listing where her realtor has put the word out she's looking for a buyer. It's an impressive pad ... 9,000 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 9 baths and the requisite large pool. As for the price ... they bought the home for $13.25 million back in 2007 ... during the height of the housing crisis. Prices have swelled so there should be millions in profits. Sources tell TMZ, the house is community property so they will split profits.

BINDI IRWIN JUDGE REJECTS 'DWTS' CONTRACT No Proof Her Dad Died
Bindi Irwin is caught in a tangled legal web ... her "Dancing With The Stars" contract just got rejected because a judge needs proof her dad is dead. Lawyers for the show submitted a minor's contract to an L.A. Superior Court judge ... it's required because Bindi is 17. Her mom Terri signed a form stating she gives up all rights to any money her daughter will make on the show. Here's the rub. For some reason the judge wants the same release from Bindi's dad, the late Steve Irwin. The judge said without proof of Steve giving up his rights to Bindi's money, "the court is unable to find that it is in the best interest of the minor to be bound by the terms of the contract." It's unclear if the judge is unaware Steve died in 2006, or if she's just a stickler for a death certificate. We're told lawyers for the show will do what it takes to get the judge to sign off. When she does, here's Bindi's deal: -- a guarantee of $125k -- by making it to weeks 3 and 4 she gets an additional $10k per week -- week 5 gets her another $15,000 -- weeks 6 and 7 she gets $20k a week -- weeks 8 and 9 she gets $30k a week -- and if she makes it to 10 and 11 she gets $50,000 a week Bindi has made it through week 8, so her total so far is $230k, and still going strong.

CHRIS BROWN WOMAN HOSPITALIZED After Alleged Security Beatdown
Chris Brown's posse is accused of beating a woman so badly at a Vegas party she was hospitalized for whiplash. Jakaria, a 28-year-old insurance agent, tells us she was hanging with Brown and his crew early Sunday at Palms Casino Resort. She says everyone had to leave their phones with his security, and when she went to pick up her 2 phones, his team thought she was trying to steal someone else's. That's when Jakaria says Brown's security guard got violent, grabbing her by the hair, shaking her around and throwing her to the ground. She says the guard tried to stomp on her but someone mercifully stepped in. Jakaria says she got home but realized she was in bad shape so she called an ambulance. Doctors told her she had whiplash. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops took a battery report and they're looking into the incident.

KATE MAJOR Keep Michael Lohan Away ONCE HE RETURNS MY MASERATI!
Kate Major is keeping the war with Michael Lohan alive by getting a restraining order against him ... but before they cut ties, she wants her car back. According to the docs obtained by TMZ, Kate wants Michael to stay 500 ft clear of both her and the Boca Raton school their older son attends. Kate wants radio silence, but only after Michael returns her Maserati ... she wants the judge to order him to hand over the keys STAT. Kate also wants spousal support ... $1,000 a week, or $2,000 every other week. She wants child support as well but doesn't say how much. In her docs ... Kate describes emotional and physical abuse at Lohan's hands. As we reported, police rejected her claim that Michael slapped one of their kids. Kate got a temporary stay away order. There will be another hearing later this month, where the judge will decide whether to extend the order. The judge told Kate to take up the money stuff with the family court.

LeBron James tears open sleeves on jersey in frustration during Cavs-Knicks
CLEVELAND (AP) — LeBron James has intentionally torn the sleeves on the new jerseys being worn by the Cavaliers in their game against the New York Knicks.
James has said in the past that he's "not a fan" of the body-hugging jerseys because they restrict him when he's shooting. On Wednesday night, an irritated James, in the midst of a 4-of-11 shooting performance in the first half, did some in-game alterations by ripping the seams on the sleeves around his biceps.
The Cavaliers were wearing the black, retro uniforms for the first time this season.
James initially complained about the sleeved jerseys following a loss in 2014 when he played for the Miami Heat. He said they didn't provide enough room for his arms or shoulders.

"He said I was insecure, when I'm the least-insecure person I know," Adele said of her disastrous attempts at recording music for '25' with Damon Albarn. Adele is opening up about the bumpy road to make 25, her forthcoming album that marks her first batch of new songs in the four-plus years since 2011's 21. For a Rolling Stone cover story, the 27-year-old singer explained that various factors led to her album taking so long to come out, including tough feedback from her team, her own anxiety about living up to expectations and the fact that her life has a new focus: her three-year-old son Angelo.

JON STEWART INKS 4-YEAR DEAL WITH HBO
One of the most influential comedians/actors of our generation is Jon Stewart. The man who hosted The Daily Show for 16 glorious years left Comedy Central and the beloved show last year and ever since, fans have been dying to know what’s next for Stewart. Well, the anxiety can come to a halt as it was announced earlier today that Jon Stewart has signed a 4-year production deal with premium cable network HBO. Stewart will be producing short-form digital content that will appear on HBO Now, HBO Go and other platforms. Here’s what HBO and Jon had to say: “Jon Stewart led a revolution that changed the face of TV comedy on the Daily Show,” said HBO programming president Michael Lombardo in a release announcing the news Tuesday. “He graced our network nearly 20 years ago, so we’re thrilled to welcome back his immense talents in this next chapter of his career.” Jon Stewart: “Appearing on television 22 minutes a night clearly broke me. Lil Wayne house raided, Possesions seized over $2,000,000 jet lawsuit
Miami-Dade Police officers busted down the doors of Lil Wayne's La Gorce Island mansion this afternoon, and then rolled out dollies loaded with the rapper's possessions. The mass repo operation was ordered by a county judge on Friday, court records show — all because Wayne wasn't paying the bills on millions he owed to a company for a leased private jet.* Lil Wayne has been locked in a legal tussle with the Miami-based Signature Group over unpaid bills, and in September Judge Lisa S. Walsh found in favor of Signature to the tune of $2 million. To recover that cash,*Signature Group asked Walsh to authorize a "break order," basically giving them permission to storm Wayne's house — with or without permission — to obtain his assets. The Signature Group's initial request was denied, because the judge said they hadn't proved he had property inside the $11 million waterfront house. But, after the Signature Group was able to obtain photos proving that Lil Wayne did have assets inside his mansion — which is currently up for sale — a judge signed a new order on Friday authorizing the break-in. Today, at around 3 p.m. police entered Lil Wayne's Miami Beach mansion to serve a levy warrant. "The rehearing motion included an affidavit from a real estate agent who had recently been inside the defendant's home and attested that there was assets inside," the Signature Group's lawsuit says. Antar Vaughan, Lil Wayne's attorney in the case, hasn't responded to an email or phone message from New Times.* This is not the property's first legal drama. There was the "swatting" incident back in March, where police swarmed Wayne's home in response to a bogus tip that four people had been shot. It's unclear whether the Miami-Dade police entered the home peacefully or by force — which they were authorized to do. It's also unclear at the moment what exactly they took from Wayne's mansion. …this Break Order shall authorize the Sheriff of Miami-Dade County, Florida to, including but not limited to, break open locks and safes, break down any gates or doors for the execution of the Levy in respect to the Final Judgement of September 2, 2015 and the Writ of Execution issued on September 30, 2015, at 94 La Gorce Circle, La Gorce Island, Miami Beach, Florida, 33141.
